Our team of experts complete a full property assessment and builds your Digital Home Profile: a living record of your home's systems, history, and needs. Your profile is available 24/7 to view, and constantly evolves as tasks or routine maintenance is completed.

Your dedicated Home Manager is your single point of contact for everything. They know your home, track what needs attention, schedule your visits, and coordinate any specialists when a job goes beyond handyman work — so you never have to chase down contractors or remember what's due.
Book 1.5-hour sessions through the app for your to-do list: mounting, fixes, touch-ups, small repairs and more. We arrive with the right tools and parts because your Home Profile tells us what to expect.
When you purchase an add-on package, your Home Manager handles the scheduling automatically. Plumbing flushes, HVAC tune-ups, filter swaps — they're built into your calendar based on manufacturer recommendations and seasonal timing. You don't track dates or request appointments. It just happens.

Plumbing Upkeep

Annual preventative plumbing maintenance to protect your home from seasonal damage and extend equipment life. Each home is different, your home manager will create a plan to follow the proper maintenance schedule for your homes systems.

HVAC Maintenance
$299-799/yr
Scheduled HVAC maintenance to improve efficiency and maintain manufacturer warranty compliance. Your home manager will build and price this package based on those requirements.

• Performance checks and tweaks.
