Eastern Standard began from the client and investor seat, owning, developing, and managing residential properties in Greater Boston. We experienced the industry gaps firsthand: missed deadlines, low transparency, and “good enough” work that fails later. We created the company we always wished we could hire, clear communication, long-term decisions, and craftsmanship that holds up.
