On-demand handyman visits and dedicated professional oversight.

Add-on Packages
Every home is different. Add these packages to your base plan based on what your property needs. Your Home Manager will recommend the right combination during your initial consultation.
Plumbing Upkeep
$299-799/yr
Annual preventative plumbing maintenance to protect your home from seasonal damage and extend equipment life. Each home is different, your home manager will create a plan to follow the proper maintenance schedule for your homes systems.

• Water heater flush.
• Softener refill and maintenance.
• Filter replacements.
• Winterizations.
HVAC Maintenance
$299-799/yr
Scheduled HVAC maintenance to improve efficiency and maintain manufacturer warranty compliance. Your home manager will build and price this package based on those requirements.

• Seasonal filter swaps.
• Condenser cleaning.
• Performance checks and tweaks.

Visits
Need an extra visit? Add additional handyman visits anytime at the same per-visit rate included in your plan. No markups, no surprise pricing. -Schedule the extra support you need, whenever you need it.
Note
What's included? Every visit includes travel, labor, and standard materials such as batteries, caulking, joint compound, and standard light bulbs. Specialized parts are billed separately, and purchases over $50 require your approval before work begins.
