Expanded annual service visits for homeowners who need more frequent handyman support and proactive property maintenance.
• 10 handyman visits (1.5 hours per visit).

Deluxe
$2,800/year
Comprehensive home management with maximum scheduled visits and full-spectrum oversight for ongoing maintenance and evolving property needs.
• 15 handyman visits (1.5 hours per visit).

Plumbing Upkeep
$299-799/yr
Annual preventative plumbing maintenance to protect your home from seasonal damage and extend equipment life. Each home is different, your home manager will create a plan to follow the proper maintenance schedule for your home's systems.

• Water heater flush.
• Softener refill and maintenance.
• Filter replacements.
• Winterizations.
HVAC Maintenance
$299-799/yr
Scheduled HVAC maintenance to improve efficiency and maintain manufacturer warranty compliance. Your home manager will build and price this package based on those requirements.

• Seasonal filter swaps.
• Condenser cleaning.
• Performance checks and tweaks.

Visits
Need an extra visit? Add handyman visits anytime at the same per-visit rate as your plan. Base members can book handyman service anytime at discounted member rates. No markups, no surprise pricing. Schedule the extra support you need.

What's included? Every visit includes travel, labor, and standard materials such as batteries, caulking, joint compound, and standard light bulbs. Specialized parts are billed separately, and purchases over $50 require your approval before work begins.
