If a project requires a licensed specialist, we'll coordinate the work with our in-house team and bill it at our standard in-house rate, so you always have a single, trusted point of contact.

Annual preventative plumbing maintenance to protect your home from seasonal damage and extend equipment life. Each home is different, your home manager will create a plan to follow the proper maintenance schedule for your homes systems.

HVAC Maintenance
$299-799/yr
Scheduled HVAC maintenance to improve efficiency and maintain manufacturer warranty compliance. Your home manager will build and price this package based on those requirements.

Home Renovations & Larger-Scale Construction Projects
When a project extends beyond routine handyman or home maintenance services, your dedicated Home Manager coordinates directly with our in-house construction team to determine scope, bid, and manage the renovation.
Larger projects are assigned a construction project manager to ensure structured oversight, clear pricing, and seamless execution.
